Our Darlington venue has multiple game rooms on site able to cater for up to 24 players all at once whilst our Detective Trails are a perfect add-on or can help facilitate even larger groups by staggering arrival times. |

Additionally, our non physical challenges are all inclusive and will ensure that every work colleague can get involved. Our Yarm venue is smaller with the two Escape Rooms on site, and can cater for up to 12 players at once making it ideal for more intimate team gatherings.
Teambuilding
By very definition, team building is an activity that "causes a group of people to work together effectively as a team, especially by means of activities and events designed to increase motivation and promote cooperation". Whilst many 'team building activities' claim to achieve this aim, in truth the vast majority have very little to do with promoting working together for a common goal and are more about having a bit of a jolly that some will love and others will hate.
Team building at Cluedini is different.
Our live escape rooms immerse colleagues in an environment where every second counts and where every one in the team has to play a part. Whilst some escape rooms operate on a linear model where tasks must be completed in a set order and (if truth be told) those with the loudest voices typically take over, our non linear games require the completion of multiple tasks simultaneously and actively promote working together to achieve a common goal. Additionally, none of our games require intense physical exertion and are not affected by the weather, so regardless of the age range of the team and whatever mother nature has in store, you can be guaranteed that each and every colleague will be able to play an active part, and stay dry in the process.
