CLUEDINI GAME HOST

Cluedini Live Escape Rooms are looking for Game Hosts to join our exciting business. You must be confident, out-going and friendly. You must have a real focus on providing a great customer experience, a commitment to working as part of a team and be reliable.

Job Type: Casual
Salary: In line with National Minimum Wage
Closing Date: N/A

Hours are primarily Saturdays and Sundays but additional shifts during the week will be available. Further shifts will be available at busy times such as school holidays and for special events. Casual roles are offered on a zero hour contract, hours may be be irregular and flexibility is expected. The role will require working at both Yarm and Darlington branches of Cluedini and, on rare occasions, may require working at both venues during the same shift so personal transport is essential.

Principal duties:

• Welcoming and briefing teams prior to the game.
• Game management and clue delivery for groups.
• Health and safety enforcement.
• Post game de-brief.
• Ensuring efficient and accurate reset of game rooms.
• Data entry and record keeping.
• Group photos and social media posting.
• Taking phone calls including telephone bookings/payments.
• Taking cash and card payments on arrival.
• Light cleaning duties to ensure cleanliness in all areas.
• Helping develop and test puzzles.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Understanding of 'Escape Games’.
• Experience of working in a customer focused role and an understanding of, and commitment to, excellent customer service.
